三聚氰胺分光光度法快速检测研究

摘    要:研究三聚氰胺与试剂1反应后引起溶液吸光度值的变化规律。结果表明:在最大吸收波长260 nm下,在一定浓度范围内,三聚氰胺的浓度与体系吸光度值的降低呈现一定的线性关系,反应体系工作直线为y=-0.0351x+0.3866(R2=0.9989)。其样品回收率为95%~99%。

Rapid Detection of Melamine with Spectrophotometry

Abstract:The absorbance changes of the solution induced by the reaction of melamine and reagents 1 were studied.The results showde that the maximum absorption wavelength was 260 nm,in the range of melamine concentration within the scope of application of standard curve was of linear relationship between the curve regression equation:y=-0.035 1x+0.386 6(R2=0.998 9),and the recovery rate was 95%~99%.
