萘乙酸对金银花扦插苗根系生理特性的影响

摘    要:以高产优质金银花品种灰毡毛忍冬为材料,研究了萘乙酸处理对金银花扦插苗根系生理特性的影响。结果表明:萘乙酸处理可显著提高金银花根系总吸收面积、活跃吸收面积、比表面积,显著增加其根系干重和根系体积,显著提高其根系还原力和可溶性蛋白含量。

Effect of NAA on Root System Physiological Characteristics of Cutting Seedling in Lonicera japonica Thunb
Abstract:With high quality ramie varieties ′Lonicera macrathoides Hands Mazz′as material,effect of NAA on root system physiological characteristics of cutting seedling of Lonicera japonica were studied.The results showed that shoot cutting seedling topping treatment significantly increased the root dry weight and root volume,significantly increased both total root absorption area and root active absorption area and root specific area,significantly increased reducing rates and soluble protein content of the root.
