菌肥对赤松苗木生长的影响研究

摘    要:研究施用林木菌肥对赤松幼苗生长的影响,结果表明,试验用林木菌肥能很好地侵染到赤松幼苗根部,幼苗菌根感染率为87.62%,菌肥还能明显促进赤松幼苗的苗高增加31.49%,地径增加16.98%,松针长度和侧根数量较不施菌肥对照分别增加了31.80%和34.84%;赤松幼苗N、P、K含量分别增加了33.88%、36.08%和17.98%;施用菌肥后,赤松幼苗叶绿素总量、叶绿素a及叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量和叶绿素a/叶绿素b,均明显高于不施菌肥对照;施肥后较对照SOD活性下降。

Study on Effect of Microbial Fertilizer on Growth of Pinus tabulaeformis Seedlings

Abstract:The effects of microbial fertilizers on the growth of Pinus tabulaeformis were studied. The results showed that the infection rate of seedlings was 87.62%,and compared to CK of no microbial fertilizer,the seedlings treated with microbial fertilizers had increment of 31.49%,16.98%,31.80% and 34.84% on height,basal diameter,pine needles length and number of lateral roots respectively. The N,P,K contents in the seedlings increased 33.88%,36.08% and 17.98% respectively. The contents of the total chlorophyll,Chla,Chlb,carotenoid and the ratios of Chla/Chlb of the seedling leaves treated with microbial fertilizers increased. SOD activities of pine seedlings were lower than CK.
