螺虫乙酯及其代谢物在石榴上的残留检测和膳食风险评估

摘    要:摘 要:目的]建立螺虫乙酯及其4种代谢物在石榴上的残留检测方法。评估螺虫乙酯在石榴中的残留量,进行一般消费人群的长期和短期膳食暴露评估。方法]采用QuEChERS前处理方法,样品经乙腈提取氯化钠盐析后,N-丙基乙二胺和石墨碳化黑净化,多重反应监测模式下,高效液相色谱-质谱联用仪检测,外标法定量。运用长期膳食摄入评估模型和短期膳食摄入评估模型对石榴上的螺虫乙酯进行膳食摄入风险评估。结果]螺虫乙酯及其代谢物的标准溶液在0.005~0.5 mg/L范围内,其进样质量浓度与其对应峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r2大于0.99。当添加水平为0.01、0.1、1 mg/kg时,石榴中螺虫乙酯及其代谢物的平均回收率为74~100%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.92~5.3%,最低检测浓度为0.01 mg/kg。长期膳食暴露风险占每日允许摄入量(ADI)的比值为23.36%,短期膳食暴露风险占急性参考剂量(ARfD)值为0.1464%。结论]按本研究采用的试验方案下,螺虫乙酯及其4种代谢物在石榴上的长期和短期膳食风险均小于100%,对一般人群的身体健康不会产生不可接受的影响。

Residual detection and dietary risk assessment of spirotetramat and its metabolites on Punica granata L

Abstract:Abstract: Aims] To establish a method for residue determination of spirotetramat and its 4 kinds of metabolites residues in Punica granata L. Evaluation of residual spirotetramat in Punica granata L., the long-term and short-term dietary exposure risk and intake risk of the general consumer population were assessed by the residue of spirotetramat in Punica granata L.Methods] QuEChERS method was adopted, the sample extracted by acetonitrile and sodium chloride after salting out effect, it was purified with graphitized carbon black (GCB) and primary secondary amine (PSA), In multiple reaction monitoring mode, high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used for detection, and external standard method was used for quantification.The risk of dietary intake of spirotetramat in pomegranate was evaluated by long-term dietary intake assessment model and short-term dietary intake assessment model.Results] The standard solution of spirotetramat and its 4 kinds of metabolites residues was in the range of 0.005-0.5 mg/L, and there was a good linear relationship between the mass concentration and the corresponding peak area,the correlation coefficients (r2) were more than 0.99.When the concentrations were 0.01, 0.1 and 1mg/kg, the average recoveries of spirotetramat and its 4 kinds of metabolites residues in Punica granata L ranged from 74 to 100%, and the relative standard deviations ranged from 0.92 to 5.3%. The lowest concentration was 0.01mg/kg.The ratio of long-term dietary exposure risk to ADI was 23.36%, and the ratio of short-term dietary exposure risk to acute reference dose (ARfD) value was 0.1464%.Conclusions] According to the experimental protocol adopted in this study, the long-term and short-term dietary risk of spirotetramat and its 4 kinds of metabolites residues in Punica granata L is less than 100%, which does not have unacceptable health effects in the general population.
