苦参碱与联苯.虫螨腈复配防治两种蓟马的田间防效评价

摘    要:为明确苦参碱和联苯.虫螨腈搭配防治茄子、豇豆蓟马的化学药剂减量作用和防效,本研究开展田间小区药效试验进行探究。结果表明0.3%苦参碱SL与10%联苯.虫螨腈SC减量30%、50%复配1天后对茄子蓟马药效为88.84%、90.01%,远好于10%联苯.虫螨腈SC单用的24.05%;10%联苯.虫螨腈SC减量30%后与0.3%苦参碱SL复配7天后仍有64.28%的药效。0.3%苦参碱SL与几种化学药剂搭配防治豇豆蓟马,也是0.3%苦参碱SL与10%联苯.虫螨腈SC复配后效果最好,药后1天和6天防效分别为91.72%、85.54%,防效高,持效期长。因此田间防治茄子、豇豆蓟马建议苦参碱可与联苯.虫螨腈搭配使用。

Field Efficacy Evaluation of Matrine Compounded with Biphenyl.chlorfenapyr in Controlling Two Kinds of Thrips

Abstract:To clarify the chemical reduction and the preventive efficacy of matrine and compounded with biphenyl.chlorfenapyr to manage eggplant and cowpea thrips,field trial was used to evaluate the control effect. The results showed the efficacy of 0.3% matrine SL compounded with 10% biphenyl.chlorfenapyr SC usage amount reduced by 30% and 50% for 1 day were 88.84% and 90.01% on eggplant thrips, which was much better than 24.05% of 10% biphenyl.chlorfenapyr SC used alone. After 10% biphenyl.chlorfenapyr SC was reduced by 30% and mixed with 0.3% matrine SL for 7 days, the efficacy was still 64.28%. When 0.3% matrine SL was mixed with several chemical agents to control cowpea thrips, 0.3% matrine SL compounded with 10% biphenyl.chlorfenapyr SC had the best preventive efficacy with high prevention effect and long lasting effect. For field control of eggplant and cowpea thrips, it is suggested that matrine can be used in combination with biphenyl.chlorfenapyr.
