| 摘 要： | 为研究覆盖稻草和地膜对都匀毛尖茶原产地茶团山种老茶园杂草控制效果,开展了不同控草措施对都匀毛尖茶产量及品质的影响试验。结果表明,稻草覆盖和地膜覆盖处理春季茶芽密度、茶芽重、产量及茶叶色、香、味、形等外形感官评审分数均高于清耕对照,茶叶中水浸出物、茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱、可溶性糖、黄酮类含量均高于清耕对照。稻草覆盖和地膜覆盖可有效控制杂草生长,提高茶叶产量和改善茶叶品质。

Effects of Different Weed Management Measures on the Yield and Quality of Duyun Maojian Tea |

| Abstract: | To study the effects of straw mulching and plastic film mulching on the weed management in old tea garden of Cha Tuan Mountain, the origin of Duyun Maojian tea, and relevant effects on the tea yield and quality. The results showed that in spring the tea bud density, tea bud weight, yield, tea color, fragrance, taste and shape of tea treated with straw mulching and plastic film mulching were higher than those of the control, and the contents of water extract, tea polyphenols, amino acids, caffeine, soluble sugars and flavonoids in tea were higher than those of the control. Straw mulching and plastic film mulching effectively control weed growth, improve tea yield and improve tea quality. |
