摘    要:为研究荣成近岸浮游动物群落结构与环境因子的关系,于2016年2月、5月、8月和10月对荣成近岸水域进行采样调查。结果表明,2016年调查共鉴定浮游动物28种,分属6类,其中桡足类最多,共鉴定15种;其次为浮游幼虫,共鉴定7类;端足类鉴定出3种;被囊类、糠虾类和毛鄂动物分别鉴定出1种。主要优势种为钩虾、强壮箭虫、长尾类幼虫和中华哲水蚤。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H’)春季最高,秋季和冬季次之,夏季最低。典范对应分析(CCA)表明,对浮游动物影响较大的环境因子主要有溶解氧、p H值、化学需氧量、硅酸盐、盐度、磷酸盐和水温。

Characteristics of Zooplankton Community and Its Relation to Environmental Factors in Rongcheng adjacent waters
Abstract:In order to study the relationship between zooplankton community and environmental factors in Rongcheng adjacent waters, the zooplankton community structure and environmental factors were investigated in 2016 February, May, August and October. A total of 28 zooplankton communities, belonging to 14 taxonomic groups, were recorded in Rongcheng adjacent wanters over the study period. Copepods and zooplankton larvae were the main taxonomic groups, accounting for 15 and 7 species. Three Amphipod were identified; whereas only one species each of Tunicate, Chaetognatha and Mysidacea were indentified. The dominant species were Gammarid, Sagitta crassa, Macrura larva, Calanus sinicus and Calanus sinicus. The highest diversity index of zooplankton was recorded in spring, followed by autumn and winter, while the lowest in summer. Relationship between zooplankton community characteristics and water quality parameters were analyzed by canonical correspondence analysis (CCA). The analysis showed that the main factors affecting the zooplankton community were dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, COD, SiO32--Si, salinity, PO43--P and water temperature.
