| 摘 要： | 硒是一种人体生命活动不可或缺的微量元素,花青素具有抗癌和抗突变的功能。本文从硒和花青素与人体健康、硒与生菜生长发育、花青素研究现状3个方面介绍了生菜富硒富花青素研究现状,并分析了生菜作物上硒和花青素富集研究需要探寻的方向,以期为进一步开发富硒和富花青素生菜产品提供参考。

Research Status and Prospect of Selenium and Anthocyanin-Enriched on Lettuce |

| Abstract: | Selenium is an essential trace element for human and animal life activity, anthocyanins also has the function of anti-cancer and resistance mutations. The selenium, anthocyanin and human health, selenium and the growth of lettuce, anthocyanins research status were presented in three aspects. The research direction that we need to explore was analyzed, in order to develop lettuce products of selenium and anthocyanin-enriched. |
