| 摘 要： | 选用二年生金叶锦带为试材,处理成单节、双节、顶梢3种插穗形式,在相同的基质及环境条件下待其生根后调查其不同部位的生根情况。结果表明:单节间插穗生根率最高,生根率达93.6%;双节插穗次之,生根率为90.7%;受基质、环境条件及插穗木质化程度的影响,顶梢的成活率极低。插穗粗度、新梢长度、芽片数量等因素亦影响金叶锦带生根。

| Abstract: | The biennial Weigela florida was selected as the experimental material and processed into single internode,double intermode and topshoot cutting forms,in the same substrate and environmental conditions.After rooting,the rooting circumstances of different parts were investigated.The results showed that the rooting rate of single internode cutting was highest at 93.6%,the double intermode fell behind at 90.7%;under the influence of the substrate,environmental conditions and the lignification degree of the top... |
