| 摘 要： | 从推动农业适度规模经营、提高农民收入、促进农村剩余劳动力转移3个方面阐述了莆田市农村土地流转的现实意义,并就莆田市当前的农村土地流转中存在的问题,提出了加快土地承包经营权流转的引导、加强土地流转的管理、逐步完善农村社会保障机制等方面的发展对策。

| Abstract: | This paper expounded the practical significance of the rural land circulation of Putian City in terms of improving moderate scale management of agriculture,increaseing farmers′ income,promoting rural labor transfer,and according to existing problems in the current rural land circulation in Putian City,put forward development countermeasures such as speeding up guiding land circulation management rights,strengthening the management of land circulation,gradually improving the development of the rural social security mechanism,etc. |
