楠木容器播种育苗技术研究

采用容器播种育苗方式进行楠木种子播后不同覆盖方式、不同基质的对比试验,结果表明:不同覆盖方式、不同基质显著影响楠木种子的发芽率,各试验处理发芽率最高的是谷皮+塑料小拱棚,达76.1%;生长量最大的是混合基质(黄心土∶粗河沙∶草木灰+0.5%钙镁磷肥=1∶1∶1+0.5%)处理,苗木平均高、地径、主根长度、≥5 cmⅠ级侧根平均条数分别达30.9 cm、0.41 cm、19.0 cm、8.2条/株。

Rearch on Container Seedling-raising Technique of Phoebe bournei

Experiment with container seedling of Phoebe bournei was carried on which sown seeds with different covering methods and different matrix .The results showed that : different covering methods and different substrates germination rate had significant effect on the germination rate of Phoebe bournei seed. The highest germination rate , bran+plastic small arch shed , was up to 76.1% ; the maximum growth rate , seedling average height , diameter , main root length , lateral root ≥5 cm average number of the mixed matrix ( yellow subsoil:coarse sand:plant ash+0.5% calcium magnesium phosphate=1:1:1+0.5% ) was 30.9 cm , 0.41 cm , 19.0cm , 8.2 / plant , respectively.
