初烤散烟富氮低氧气调密封储存技术在广元市的应用

摘    要:为保障我市初烤散烟在仓储过程的质量,利用富氮低氧密封存储对烟叶进行养护。采用初烤散烟中桔三(C3F)和上桔三(B3F),对存储过程中的氧气浓度、湿度、温度进行了实时监测,并对存储后的烟叶进行外观、霉变、重量的测定。结果表明,富氮低氧储存能有效阻止烟叶霉变,并对外观质量有一定提升,重量与未处理的烟叶相比,平均每包(40kg)C3F增加0.23kg,B3F增加0.46kg。富氮低氧密封储存技术能有效保障我市烟叶在仓储过程的质量。

Application of nitrogen - rich and low - oxygen controlled and sealed storage flue-cured tobacco technology in Guangyuan city
Abstract:In order to ensure the quality of the flue-cured tobacco in the storage process, the nitrogen-rich and low-oxygen sealed storage was used to maintain the flue-cured tobacco quality. The oxygen concentration, humidity and temperature of C3F and B3F were monitored in real time, and the appearance, mildew and weight of the flue-cured tobacco were measured. The results showed that the nitrogen-rich and low- oxygen storage could effectively prevent mildew and improve the appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco . Compared with the untreated flue-cured tobacco , the average weight of C3F and B3F increased by 0.23kg and 0.46kg per pack (40kg). The sealing storage technology of rich-nitrogen and low-oxygen can effectively guarantee the quality of effectively guarantee tobacco in the storage process.
