鲂属鱼类细胞色素b片段序列分析

摘    要:采用特异性引物PCR扩增获得了鲂属4种鱼类及长春鳊的Cyt b片段序列,并运用MEGA 3.1软件进行了序列分析,通过NJ法、UPGMA法构建了系统发育树。结果表明:鲂属4种鱼类与长春鳊分别聚类为2支,但鲂属4种鱼类的聚类在2个系统发育树中存在差异;三角鲂与厚颌鲂的聚类不明确。该研究结果可为深入探讨鲂属鱼类的系统分类与重新整理提供依据。

Sequences Analysis on Mitochondrial Cytochrome b Gene Fragment of Megalobrama spp.

Abstract:The DNA sequences of mitochondrial cytochrome b gene fragment of Megalobrama spp.and parobramis pekinensis were analyzed with MEGA 3.1.The molecular phylogenetic tree was constructed based on the methods of neighbor-joining method(NJ)and unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic means method(UPGMA).The results were as follows:Megalobrama spp.and Parabramis spp.were clustered respectively;Clustering contents of Megalobrama spp.in NJ tree and UPGMA tree were different with indeterminacy between M.terminalis and M.pellegrini.These results would be helpful for further understanding systematic classfication and rearrangment of the Megalobrama spp.fishes.
