10%甲维盐·氟铃脲水分散粒剂对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的田间防效研究

摘    要:为明确10%甲维盐·氟铃脲水分散粒剂对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的防效,以1%甲维盐乳油和5%氟铃脲乳油为对照药剂,开展了田间药效试验。结果表明,10%甲维盐·氟铃脲水分散粒剂150~450 g/hm2防治甘蓝甜菜夜蛾速效性较好且药效稳定,药后7 d防效达81.9%~90.5%,且均无药害现象发生。其中,10%甲维盐·氟铃脲水分散粒剂450 g/hm2田间防效极显著高于对照药剂1%甲维盐乳油、5%氟铃脲乳油。综合考虑生产成本等因素,生产中10%甲维盐·氟铃脲水分散粒剂防治甘蓝甜菜夜蛾建议药剂用量为300~450 g/hm2,施药次数为1次。

Field Efficacy Study of Emamectin Benzoate & Hexaflumuron10%WDG against Spodoptera exigua in cabbage
Abstract:In order to clarify the control effect of emamectin benzoate·hexaflumuron10%WDG on Spodoptera exigua which is harmful to cabbage, a field experiment was carried out with high, medium and low doses of emamectin benzoate·hexaflumuron10%WDG, emamectin benzoate 1% EC and hexaflumuron 5% EC as the control. The results of field experiments showed that emamectin benzoate·hexaflumuron10%WDG had good rapid and stable efficacy against S. exigua at the dosage of 150 to 450 g/hm2, the control efficiency was ranged from 81.9 to 90.5% in 7 d after treatment. At 450 g/hm2, the field control efficacy of the preparation was significantly higher than that of the control agents, emamectin benzoate1%EC and hexaflumuron5%EC, and no phytotoxicity occurred in every treatment. Considering the production cost and other factors, it is recommended that the dosage of emamectin benzoate·hexaflumuron10%WDG for the control of S. exigua in cabbage should be ranging from 300 to 450 g/hm2, and the application times should be once.
