东北玉米杂交种对茎腐病的抗性鉴定

摘    要:采用田间人工接种鉴定方法,对50份玉米杂交种进行抗性鉴定。结果表明:玉米杂交种接种病原菌后,均有不同程度的茎腐病发生;表现高抗、抗、中抗、感、高感的杂交种分别为9份、11份、6份、11份、13份,占比分别为18%、22%、12%、22%、26%;抗性水平较好的杂交种共有26份,占比52%。

Identification of resistance to stalk rot of maize hybrids in Northeast China
Abstract:Maize stalk rot, one of the most devastating soil-borne diseases, occurs at the late milkstage of corn, so it is difficult to control by conventional techniques. In order to select the maize hybrids resistant to maize stalk rot to guide the field production, resistanceof 50 maize hybrids to stalk rotwas investigated byartificial inoculation of soil in the field in 2020.The results showed that the occurrence of the stalk rotwas various indifferent hybrids after inoculated with the pathogens. Of which 10hybrids were highly resistant to stalk rot, accounting for20.00% of the total hybrids; 11 hybridsshowedresistance, accounting for 22.00%;six hybridsshowed moderate resistance, accounting for 12.00%; 11hybrids were susceptible, accounting for 22.00%; and 12hybrids were highly susceptible, accounting for 24.00%. Twenty-sevenhybrids with good resistance to stalk rot were identified, which account for 54.00% of the total hybrids.
