摘    要:本研究以铁观音、金观音茶树为材料,分析不同浓度铜胁迫对茶树的光合作用能力及品质指标含量的影响。光合作用能力分析结果表明,随着胁迫铜浓度的增加,茶树叶片的光合作用速率、蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量均呈现先上升后下降的趋势。当胁迫铜浓度为40 mg.L-1时,达到最大值。品质指标分析结果表明,随着胁迫铜浓度的增加,茶树叶片的品质指标含量呈现先上升后下降的趋势。当胁迫铜浓度为120 mg.L-1时,茶树叶片的茶多酚含量达到最大值。当胁迫铜浓度为40 mg.L-1时,茶树叶片的茶氨酸和咖啡碱含量达到最大值。茶树组织铜含量分析结果表明,随着铜胁迫浓度的增加,茶树组织中的铜含量呈现上升趋势。其次,不同浓度铜胁迫下,茶树组织中以根部组织的铜含量最高,茎次之,根最小。可见,铜胁迫可影响茶树的生长和品质。

Effects of Copper Stress on Photosynthesis Capacity and Quality Index Content of Tea Trees
Abstract:In order to analyze the photosynthesis capacity and quality index content of tea trees under Cu stress, the tea trees of Tieguanyin and Jinguanyin were cultured in different concentrations of Cu. The results of photosynthesis capacity analysis showed that the photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, and chlorophyll content of tea tree leaves showed a trend of first increased and then decreased with the increase of Cu stress concentration. When the stress Cu concentration was 40 mg.L-1, the photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, and chlorophyll content were the highest. The results of quality index analysis showed that the quality index content of tea tree leaves showed a trend of first increased and then decreased with the increase of Cu stress concentration. When the stress Cu concentration was 120 mg.L-1, the content of tea polyphenols in tea tree leaves were the highest. When the stress Cu concentration was 40 mg.L-1, the content of theanine and caffeine in tea tree leaves were the highest. Analysis the content of Cu in tea tree tissues showed that the Cu content in tea tree tissues increased with the increase of Cu stress concentration. Furthermore, under different copper concentrations stress, the tea tree tissues had the highest Cu content in the root tissue, followed by the stem and smallest in leaf. In conclusion, Cu stress had a certain effect on the growth and quality of tea trees.
