摘    要:本文通过田间试验法研究生物有机肥、腐植酸有机肥及水溶性有机肥3种施肥处理对土壤pH值、有机质及小麦对镉的转运及富集规律的影响。结果表明,3种施肥处理均可以降低碱性土壤小麦不同生育期土壤pH值、有效提高土壤有机质含量,且腐植酸有机肥处理土壤pH值与空白对照相比在拔节期达极显著水平;生物有机肥、腐植酸有机肥处理可降低小麦根到籽粒的转运系数及根部镉的富集。

Effects of Different Fertilization Treatments on Soil Quality and Cadmium Uptake by Wheat
Abstract:Field experiments were conducted to study the effects of three fertilization treatments, bio-organic fertilizer, humic acid organic fertilizer and water-soluble organic fertilizer, on the soil pH, organic matter, cadmium transport and accumulation. The results showed, three treatments can reduce the soil pH value and increase the soil organic matter content at different growth stages of wheat. The pH value of soil treated with humic acid organic fertilizer was significantly higher than that of CK at jointing stage. Bio-organic fertilizer and humic acid organic fertilizer treatment can reduce root-to-grain transport coefficient and cadmium accumulation in Wheat.
