摘    要:资源调查与监测是保护资源和环境、实现林业可持续发展的需要,建立非木材森林资源数量和质量预警机制是资源监测最有效手段和方法。利用MapObjects 2.2和ASA 7.0开发出非木材森林资源监测与预警系统,包括了非木材森林资源数据库建立,产量、质量等的相关监测指标和预警指标、预警模型,能实现监测数据的输入、存储、显示、查询、分析,以及发布预警信号和提供辅助决策等功能。系统除了能对非木材森林资源状态进行的测定、观察、记载、分析和评价外,还能揭示区域资源演变轨迹和变化趋势,满足国家对资源评价的需要,为合理管理非木材资源,实现可持续发展提供决策依据。

Architecture Design on Monitoring and Warning System to Non-wood Forest Resources
Abstract:Resources survey and monitoring are need to protect resources and environment to obtain sustainable forest development.Establishing warning mechanism to non-wood forest resource quantity and quality is the best effective method to resources monitoring.MapObjects 2.2 and ASA 7.0 were used in the chapter to exploit the monitoring and warning system to non-wood forest resources,which included following functions:establishment of non-wood forest resources datum pool;input,save,display,inquiry,analysis of the datum about quantitative and qualitative monitoring index, warning index,warning model,and monitoring datum;releasing warning signal and supplying supplementary strategic decision.The system could make systematic determination,observation,recordation,analysis and evaluation to non-wood forest resources state and reveal evolving trajectory and changing trend of regional resources,meet the demands of relative competent authorities and national economic construction to resources evaluation, supply strategic basis to rational non-wood forest resources management and sustainable development.
