沼液浸种对油菜种子萌发的影响

摘    要:为了研究沼液浸种对油菜种子萌发的影响,应用方差分析法对沼液浸种时间(1、2、4、8 h)、沼液浓度(5%、10%、20%、40%、80%、100%)2个随机因素对油菜种子萌发过程中发芽率、芽长、根长以及单株重量的影响进行分析。结果表明:10%沼液可以显著促进油菜的发芽,过高的沼液浓度不利于油菜的发芽,100%的沼液处理2 h以及80%的沼液处理4 h较其他处理组可以获得较好的油菜生长效果。该研究表明适当的沼液浸种有利于油菜种子萌发以及萌发后的生长,但过高浓度以及较长时间的浸种对油菜种子的萌发都是不利的,该研究为沼液浸种技术在油菜种子上的应用以及沼液的处理处置提供了理论依据。

Effect of Seed Soaking with Biogas Slurry on Rapeseed Germination

Abstract:In order to analyze the effect of seed soaking with biogas slurry on seed germination of rapeseed,the influence of biogas slurry concentration(5%,10%,20%,40%,80%,100%) and soaking time(1,2,4,8 h) on germination,seedling height,root lengh and wet weight of single plant were analyzed by using variance analysis method.Results showed soaking in 10% biogas slurry could significantly stimulate the germination of rapeseed,soaking in higher biogas slurry concentration could inhibit the germination.Soaking for 2 h in 100% biogas slurry and 4 h in 80% biogas slurry had much more better growth than the other treatments.The results indicated that appropriate soaking with bigas slurry could promote the germentation and growth of rapeseed,but soaking for much longer time in high concentration biogas slurry was disadvantageous to the germenation and growth of rapeseed.This study provided theoretical basis for the application of rapeseed soaking with biogas slurry and the treatment of biogas slurry.
