摘    要:对45个苦荞品种(系)的6个性状进行主成分分析,确定反映苦荞性状的3个主成分,即主茎节数因子(即株型因子)、单株粒重因子、千粒重因子(累积贡献率达到83%以上)。通过各品种的主成分值选出综合性状优良的品种,其结果与品种的实际表现相一致。证明主成分分析在苦荞育种中的应用是可行的。

Application of Principal Component Analysis in the Tartary Buckwheat Breeding

Abstract:Six characters about 45 tartary buckwheat varieties(strains)were analyzed by the principal component analysis,confirmed the three main component to reflect characters of tartary buckwheat varieties(strains),they were several links of the main stem facter(plant type factor),grain weight per plant factor and one thousand-grains weight factor(cumulative contribution rate above 83%).Selected best synthetical properties varieties through principal component value of varieties,the result was indentical with actual performance of varieties.It proved that principal component analysis was feasible in the tartary buckwheat breeding.
