摘 要: | 为探讨网箱养鳝模式下空心莲子草和麦饭石对水体中Cu2+的吸附效应和共生体系中黄鳝、鲤鱼存活率,增重率及肌肉Cu2+含量的影响,试验选取健康黄鳝120尾,随机分成4组,每组设置3个重复,分别放养于网箱内;鲤鱼240尾,随机分成4组,每组设置3个重复,分别放养于网箱外水泥池中。饲养56 d。检测空心莲子草、麦饭石、水体Cu2+含量和黄鳝、鲤鱼的存活率,增重率及肌肉Cu2+含量。结果表明,空心莲子草和麦饭石对水体中的Cu2+均有较强的吸附作用,水体Cu2+浓度明显降低;随水体Cu2+浓度升高,黄鳝和鲤鱼的存活率、增重率明显降低,肌肉中Cu2+含量显著升高。

Abstract: | In order to investigate the adsorption effects of Alternanthera philoxeroides and Maifanshi on Cu2+ and the effects of survival rate, weight gain rate and muscle Cu2+ content of Monopterus albus and Cyprinus carpio in symbiotic system under the mode of cage-fed Monopterus albus. The test selected 120 tails of healthy Monopterus albus were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group set up 3 repeats, respectively put in the cage. And 240 tails of healthy Cyprinus carpio were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group set up 3 repeats, respectively put in cement pond outside net cage. Feed 56 d. The contents of Cu2+ in Alternanthera philoxeroides, Maifanshi and water and survival rate, weight gain rate and muscle Cu2+ content of Monopterus albus and Cyprinus carpio were tested. The results showed that Alternanthera philoxeroides and Maifanshi had strong adsorption on Cu2+ in water, and the concentration of Cu2+ in water decreased significantly, with the increase of Cu2+ concentration in water, the survival rate and weight gain rate of Monopterus albus and Cyprinus carpio decreased significantly, and the content of Cu2+ in muscle increased significantly. |
