| Abstract: | High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a new analytical and detection technology. High performance liquid chromatography is widely used in the analysis, separation and inspection of food, medicine, agricultural products and chemical products. High performance liquid chromatography has the advantages of fast analysis speed, high accuracy, high sensitivity and simple operation. This paper mainly expounds the application of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in the quality safety detection of agricultural products. |
