| 摘 要： | 运城是山西省小麦主产区,尽管小麦种植历史悠久,但尚未形成完整的小麦产业链条,特别是优质小麦产业链条的缺失严重制约了运城市小麦产业的发展。本文对当前运城市优质小麦产业生产现状及问题进行了分析,并就如何发展优质小麦、打造运城特色面粉品牌进行了一些探讨及建议,从而推动运城小麦供给侧改革。

Development proposals on the supply-side reform of Yuncheng wheat |

| Abstract: | Yuncheng is the main production area of wheat in Shanxi Province. Although wheat planting has a long history, a complete wheat industry chain has not been formed yet. In particular, the absence of high-quality wheat industry chain seriously restricts the development of wheat industry in yuncheng. This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of high quality wheat production in yuncheng, and puts forward some suggestions on how to develop high quality wheat and build yuncheng characteristic flour brand. Thus promoting the supply side reform of yuncheng wheat. |
