基于生态理念的农田水利问题探讨

陆地干旱地区新疆自然生态主要为草原生态和荒漠生态以及河流生态系统,长期以来的新疆经济社会发展,推进了以水利为主体的人工绿洲生态建造速度快于自然生态系统,基于人水和谐生态水利经济社会自然生态环境可持续发展理念,干旱区新疆过去那种只注重工程经济效益忽略自然环境水利发展观面临挑战,本文基于生态水利理念,结合干旱区新疆脆弱的自然生态环境特征,就注重水利生态坚持科学发展观、遵循因地制宜的科学理念、水利与河流共生系统、把握生态水利系统设计等问题进行了分析探讨。

Discussion on Farmland Water Conservancy Based on Ecological Concept Ikebayer Rehoki Tula

The natural ecology of Xinjiang in arid land area is mainly grassland ecology, desert ecology and river ecosystem. For a long time, Xinjiang"s economic and social development has promoted the construction of artificial oasis ecology with water resources as the main body faster than natural ecosystem. Based on the concept of sustainable development of natural ecology environment of human-water harmonious ecology, water economy and society, Xinjiang used to be in arid area. Based on the concept of ecological water resources and the fragile natural ecological environment characteristics of Xinjiang in arid areas, this paper makes an analysis and Discussion on such issues as paying attention to water resources ecology, adhering to the scientific concept of development, following the scientific concept of adapting to local conditions, water resources and river symbiosis system, and grasping the design of ecological water resources system.
