| 摘 要： | 近年来,龙口市葡萄产业面临新的机遇和挑战,该文基于SWOT战略分析,针对研究对象,加入全新的"Abdication(放弃)"和"Boards(木板结构)"2个维度,形成AB-SWOT分析法,对龙口市葡萄产业进行更大范围的战略分析。并提出重新整合葡萄产业,开展品牌化战略目标导入市场,增强行业竞争力和可持续发展能力。
