青岛市大白菜产业现状及发展对策

青岛市是全国重要的大白菜种植基地,所生产的胶州大白菜享誉国内外。分析青岛市大白菜产业发展瓶颈,主要体现在高端产品发展乏力、低端市场波动频繁、农民收益难以保障等诸多问题,严重制约了产业发展。为此,应通过建立政府指导价格制度、强化深加工研发、推广简易贮藏、大力推进农业合作社能力建设等手段解决市场供需矛盾,促进产业健康发展,保证农民丰收增收。
