桑的药理性质及其开发利用

对桑(包括桑叶、桑椹、桑枝、桑白皮)的药理性质及其开发利用进行综述。针对四川省凉山州实际情况,指出应将重点放在桑副产物桑枝的药用开发研究、果叶两用桑园的建立及桑椹系列保健产品的开发研究上,以提高桑园的综合效益。

Research on Pharmacological Properties and Exploitation of Mulberry

The pharmacological properties and exploitation of mulberry including leaf,sorosis,branch and cortex mori were summarized.Some suggestions were put forward to increase comprehensive benefits of the mulberry field for Liangshan state in Sichuan province,such as medicinal exploitation of mulberry branch which was the by-product of mulberry,building mulberry field harvesting both leaves and sorosis,developing and researching health products of mulberry sorosis.
