应用型本科实习实训教学质量评价体系研究

实习实训是应用型本科院校教学中比较重要的环节,实习实训教学质量评价能够反映出学生在实习期间的诸多情况以及专业导师、企业导师和思政导师的指导情况等。针对现在实习实训体系评价不够完整的状况,本文构建了实习实训教学质量评价体系的标准,建立了相对应的二级指标及比例分配。该体系由实习实训的条件、师资队伍、过程、效果4个部分构成,具有更细化的观测点以及较强的可操作性。
