| Abstract: | Biological Separation Engineering is a professional required course for the majors of biological engineering, food engineering and wine engineering, etc. To complete the teaching tasks and cultivate high-quality practical individuals, the online teaching mode under the background of COVID 19 outbreak was thought deeply from the aspects of teaching implementation, existing problems and reform suggestions. |
