摘    要:尖孢镰刀菌是一种重要的真菌资源,对其在农业、工业生产、食品安全和人类健康等方面的研究与应用具有重要意义。在农业方面,尖孢镰刀菌主要用于生物防控植物病害和杂草、农药研发及植物生长等研究;在工业方面尖孢镰刀菌主要用于生产有机酸、酶、其他代谢产物、工业污染处理及食品安全等研究。近年来针对尖孢镰刀菌应用的研究日益增多,本文综述了尖孢镰刀菌在多领域的应用,为促进之后实际生产中应用尖孢镰刀菌的研究方向及挑战提供解决思路。

Research progress in application of Fusarium oxysporum

Abstract:Fusarium oxysporum is an important fungal resource, and its research and application are of great significance for agricultural, industrial production, food safety, and human health. Fusarium oxysporum has been used for biological control of plant disease and weeds in agriculture, research and development of biological agents and new pesticides, and research on plant growth and ripeness; for industrial fermentation production of organic acids, enzymes, other metabolites, research on industrial pollution treatment, and food safety. Fusarium oxysporum presents broad application prospects. In order to explore the role of Fusarium oxysporum, there has been an increasing amount of research on its application in recent years. The application of Fusarium oxysporum in multiple fields, providing solutions for promoting the research direction and challenges of Fusarium oxysporum in practical production in the future have been reviewed in this article.
