| 摘 要： | 湖北青砖茶是我国黑茶鼻祖,属于深度发酵茶。长盛川湖北青砖茶创始于1368年,技艺传承至今已有650年的悠久历史。本文分析了湖北青砖茶的非物质文化遗产的保护、传承现状,列举了长盛川的相关做法,也提出了对湖北青砖茶非遗传承与创新的建议,希望能进一步扩大湖北青砖茶非遗文化影响力。

Inheritance and Innovation of Non-Heritage Techniques of Chang-sheng-chuan Hubei Chin-brick Tea |

| Abstract: | Hubei Chin-brick Tea is the originator of black tea in China and belongs to deep fermented tea. Chang-sheng-chuan Hubei Chin-brick Tea was founded in 1368 and has a long history of 650 years. This paper analyzed the protection and inheritance status of intangible cultural heritage of Hubei Chin-brick Tea, enumerated the relevant practices of Chang-sheng-chuan, and put forward some suggestions on Inheritance and innovation of Hubei Chin-brick Tea, hoping to further expand the influence of Hubei Chin-brick Tea on intangible cultural heritage. |
