| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国农业机械化发展的历程,通过分析我国农业发展在中级机械化阶段农业机械化存在的农业从业人员教育水平低、机械化发展不平衡及农机装备结构不合理等问题,提出加强农民专业技能培训、制定贯彻涉农法律法规、发展精细农业、建立保障机制、提高农机服务水平等措施,以期加快我国农业机械化发展。

| Abstract: | Development process of agricultural mechanization in China was introduced.The problems in the mid-stage development of agriculture in China,such as low educational level of agriculture labors,unbalanced development of mechanization,and illogicality in structure of agricultural machinery were analyzed.The countermeasures were proposed,including strengthening educational level of agriculture labors,establishment and implement laws and regulations involved in agriculture,developing of precision agriculture,establishing guarantee mechanism and improvement agricultural machinery service level,etc,so as to promote the development speed of agriculture mechanization of China. |
