农户非农就业对农业生产的影响研究

根据2009—2010年北京林业大学农村劳动力项目调查数据,使用OLS与Heckman两步法从微观层面上考察农村劳动力非农就业对于贫困地区农户农业生产的影响。结果表明:农户会通过兼业或者资本换劳动的形式弥补非农就业导致的劳动力流失对家庭农业生产的不利影响,并以此提出加快贫困地区农村劳动力转移、稳定农业生产的一系列政策措施。

Effect of Non-farm Employment of Farmer on Agricultural Production

In this paper,based on the data of Beijing Forestry University’s Rural Labor Force Invest Project,the OLS and Heckman’s Two-Step Approach was applied to observe influence of agricultural production in the distressed area affected by rural labor force in the non-agricultural section.Results showed that rural labor tends to choose concurrent-business or the way of capital instead of laboring to make up disadvantageous pollution affected by running off labors.Then a series of policies were put forward and measures to faster transferring rural labor force in the poverty belt and to remain agricultural production.
