摘    要:以山西太行沃土农业产品有限公司为例,介绍了小米质量可追溯体系现状,探讨了其取得的效益,分析了其存在的问题,并提出了发展建议,以期为保证长治市农产品质量安全提供科学参考。

Study on millet quality Traceability System in Changzhi City
Abstract:Changzhi city is the most representative organic dry farming demonstration area in Shanxi Province, well-known as the national main millet producing area, which is also the key to Shanxi Millet brand construction. However, due to the disjoint between production and marketing of organic dry farming agricultural products, and their low quality price, it is urgent to accelerate the construction of the traceability system of agricultural products. This paper studies the quality traceability system of millet in Changzhi leading enterprises. In this paper, the author finds out the problems in the development of quality traceability system and put forward the suggestions. This paper also provides the future direction to encourage small and micro businesses to join the traceability platform voluntarily and to improve consumers'' willingness to buy traceable agricultural products with higher prices, so as to achieve high quality and preferential prices, which, eventually, realizing the goal that products can be traced "from farm to table".
