摘    要:以新疆某牛场疑似传染性胸膜肺炎的牛为研究对象,对牛只病情和症状进行跟踪记录,对死亡牛只进行剖检;无菌采集病料后通过PCR、测序和细菌培养的方法进行实验室病原诊断。剖检病牛可见,其肺部的颜色显红灰色,切面为大理石样;胸膜肥厚出血,与肺部粘连,具有胸膜肺炎的特征;此外PCR、测序及基因比对等实验室检测结果为阳性,而细菌培养的结果为阴性。本文通过对牛支原体胸膜肺炎的临床症状、病理变化、实验室诊断等多个方面进行综合阐述,为我国今后的牛传染性胸膜肺炎的诊断与防控工作提供参考。

Diagnosis and prevention of a case of infectious pleuropneumonia in Xinjiang cattle

Abstract:A cattle suspected of contagious pleuropneumonia in a dairy farm in Wuwei, Gansu Province was taken as the research object. The condition and symptoms of the cattle were tracked and recorded, and the dead cattle were subjected to necropsy; the disease materials were collected aseptically and through Mycoplasma PCR and bacterial culture Method for laboratory pathogen diagnosis.Autopsy of the sick cow showed that its lungs were reddish-gray, and the cut surface was marbled; pleural hypertrophy and bleeding, adhesion to the lungs, with characteristics of pleuropneumonia; in addition, the result of mycoplasma PCR test was positive, and the result of bacterial culture was negative, which was finally diagnosed as bovine infectious pleuropneumonia caused by mycoplasma. This article comprehensively describes the clinical symptoms, pathological changes, laboratory diagnosis and other aspects of Mycoplasma bovis pleuropneumonia, and provides references for the diagnosis and prevention of bovine infectious pleuropneumonia in my country in the future.
