秸秆原料沼液预处理技术研究分析及评价

摘    要:秸秆原料的结构组成复杂,阻碍了其有效厌氧消化。沼液预处理技术能有效改变秸秆类原料结构,促进其厌氧消化。本文在介绍秸秆类原料预处理方法的基础上,对秸秆原料沼液预处理技术研究现状进行了分析,总结了目前秸秆原料沼液预处理技术的处理对象、方法、评价指标等,同时针对现状分析评价了目前秸秆类原料沼液预处理技术存在的问题和不足,并进行了展望,以期为该技术的推广应用提供参考。

Abstract:Due to the complex structure and composition of straw raw materials hinder its effective anaerobic digestion, biogas slurry pretreatment technology can effectively change the structure of straw materials, promote its anaerobic digestion, Based on the introduction of pretreatment methods of straw raw materials, this paper analyzes the research status of pretreatment technology of straw raw materials biogas slurry. summarizes the current processing objects, methods, evaluation indicators and other aspects of the pretreatment technology of straw raw materials biogas slurry. At the same time, according to the current situation analysis and evaluation of the existing problems and shortcomings of the pretreatment method of straw raw materials biogas slurry and puts forward prospects.
