摘 要: | 针对植物工厂叶菜车间自动化生产运行的需要,开发了自动移栽收获机控制系统。该系统基于S7-200主从网络控制,利用编码器检测自动移栽收获机动轨、移栽车的位置坐标,利用PLC+变频器控制动轨、移栽车的运行速度和启停定位,利用触摸屏作为上位机进行过程可视化控制。该系统可控制质量大、惯量大的设备有效动作并实现坐标平面内任意一点位置的准确定位。该系统的成功应用实现了植物工厂叶菜车间生产运营的智能化、自动化,对植物工厂在国内继续推广具有重要意义。
