| 摘 要： | 我国茶叶种植与饮茶起源久远,有丰富多彩的茶文化与茶类地理标志资源。从地理标志产品、地理标志商标、农产品地理标志等方面介绍了我国茶叶的地理标志知识产权保护概况,并分析了茶叶的传统技艺类非物质文化遗产保护,建议保护与传承茶叶传统制作技艺,加强茶叶非物质文化遗产中的传统技艺资料挖掘整理研究。
