栾树抗旱生理特性研究

摘    要:对二年生栾树进行持续干旱处理,分析了土壤含水率、叶片含水率、叶绿素含量、相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸含量以及可溶性糖含量等生理指标的变化特点。结果表明:在控水处理后,土壤含水率和叶片含水率随胁迫天数增加而逐渐降低;叶绿素含量、相对电导率、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量随胁迫天数增加而逐渐增加,但叶绿素含量与脯氨酸含量在控水处理后的第35天有所降低;可溶性糖含量在控水处理后变化规律不明显。

Study on Physiological Characteristics of Drought Resistance of Koelreuteria bipinnata Franch.
Abstract:Two-year-old Koelreuteria bipinnata Franch. was treated with continues drought stress , and the variation feature of the soil water content , leaf water content , chlorophyll content , relative conductivity , malondialdehyde ( MDA ) content , the content of proline and soluble sugar content were analyzed. The results showed that under the drought stress , soil water content and leaf water content decreased with the stress time increasing. The chlorophyll content , relative conductivity , MDA content , proline content increased with the stress time increasing , but the chlorophyll content and proline content in the water control decreased after thirty-fifth day. The content of soluble sugar in water control variation was not obvious.
