四川省成雅高速沿线地区土地征收补偿制度调查分析

土地征收补偿制度是协调和解决土地征收过程中国家、社会和个人权益冲突的一项重要的法律制度。在征地补偿问题上,农民的行为逻辑和政府的目标价值往往存在着某种明显的分歧和背离。通过调查农民对现行土地征收补偿制度的评价及对土地征收补偿制度的实际需要,表明现有土地征收补偿制度的运行效绩不好,农民对此满意度不高,就此提出完善我国土地征收补偿制度的设想和建议。
