广西木论自然保护区铁皮石斛种群资源调查

通过野外调查及设置样方的方法对国家自然保护区木论保护区的铁皮石斛进行种群资源调查。结果表明:木论喀斯特地貌中适宜铁皮石斛生长环境条件苛刻,只能生活在附生苔藓的岩石壁上和沟槽较多的阔叶林树皮上,晴天湿度70%~90%,光照度1 800~3 600 lx,海拔711~850 m的山顶或近山顶位置,东南、西南坡向的原始林或次生林中。造成该物种种群数量稀少的原因主要是人为过度采挖和物种生长环境特殊,加上其生长环境缺少媒介昆虫传粉,造成繁殖能力和结实能力低。为保护该保护区内野生铁皮石斛资源,应遏制过度采挖。

Survey on the Population of Dendrobiums officinale in Mulun Nature Reserve in Guangxi

A study on population of Dendrobiums officinale was conducted in Mulun National Nature Reserve in Guangxi.The results showed that this kind of species only grew on the epiphytic moss rock wall and on the surface of broad-leaved forest in the groove,with 70%～90% of the humidity,1 800～3 600 lx intensity of light,and the elevation of 711～850 m in the southeast and southwest of the mountains which were covered by original or secondary forests.Now the number of the D.officinale was lessened rapidly by excessive excavation and special living circumstances,what′s more,lacking of insect pollination makes it difficult to reproduce by clone propagation;measures should be taken to protect the species from being endangered in Mulun National Nature Reserve.
