| 摘 要： | 壳聚糖/壳寡糖作为自然界中目前发现的唯一碱性多糖,因其良好特性,在食品、化妆品、复合材料、废水处理和生物医药等众多领域广泛应用。本文着重对壳聚糖/壳寡糖的研究历史、制备工艺以及相关领域应用进行了简要综述,以期为壳聚糖壳聚糖/壳寡糖研究利用提供依据。

Preparation and Application of Chitosan/Oligochitosan |

| Abstract: | Chitosan/oligochitosan, as the only alkaline polysaccharide found in nature, is widely used in many fields such as food, cosmetics, composite materials, wastewater treatment and biomedicine due to its good properties. In this paper, the research history of chitosano/oligochitosan, its preparation process and applications in related fields were reviewed, in order to provide a basis for the further research and utilization of chitosan/oligochitosan. |
