| 摘 要： | 山东省昌乐县石家河黄烟专业合作社通过探索研究,走出了一条"减工降本"烟草合作社道路。合作社建有育苗、农机、采收、烘烤、分级5类专业化队伍,为社员提供从育苗到烘烤的全程专业化服务。依靠烟草部门的"系统保障",合作社构建起"烟草公司+合作社+家庭农场"的运行机制,并探索实行了"社统队分、统一核算"的管理模式,真正让规模化种烟户实现了"简单种烟,轻松赚钱",合作社道路前景可观。

| Abstract: | Through exploration,Shijiahe Tobacco professional cooperative in Changle County of Shandong Province had followed a less labor cost reduction road. 5 professional teams such as nursery,agricultural,harvesting,curing,grading had been founded to help tobacco farmers. ′ Tobacco companies & cooperatives & family farm′ mechanism and ′United in cooperative,distributed to farmers,unified accounting′ management model had been established in Shijiahe cooperative depending on systemic security from tobacco department,that let farmers realize the dream of easy planting,fast buck. The development prospect was considerable. |
