| 摘 要： | 综述了免疫分析法在拟除虫菊酯、氨基甲酸酯、有机磷、氟喹诺酮、磺胺5种农兽药多残留检测上的应用情况,着重讨论了抗原设计、抗体制备和方法建立等核心技术的研究进展,并对检测方法的发展进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The applications of immunoassay methods in the multi-residue determination of pyrethroids,carbamate,organophosphorus,fluoroquinolones and sulfonamides were summarized in this paper.The study advancers on core techniques,such as antigen design,antibody production and method development,were discussed emphatically,and the further trend of immunoassay methods was proposed. |
