| 摘 要： | 本文从外植体的选择与处理、培养条件和植物生长调节剂的种类及配比方面综述了影响青蒿组织培养的因素,并从外植体污染、褐变及玻璃化等方面分析了青蒿组织培养中存在的问题及对策,以期为青蒿组织培养快速繁殖提供科学依据。
