| 摘 要： | 利用梯度稀释法和重铬酸钾高氏一号培养基对山东省东营盐碱环境的土壤进行分离,通过皿内拮抗作用、发酵液抑菌作用对获得的放线菌株进行筛选,获得高拮抗活性的生防放线菌2株J19、J54,通过培养特征观察、生理生化试验及16S rDNA核苷酸序列分析,初步确定J54为一株沙阿霉素链霉菌,J19为一株弗氏链霉菌。

| Abstract: | Making wse of serial dilution and potassium dichromate Gaoshi 1 medium,the soil samples collected from Dongying district Shandong province were selected.By antagonism in petri dish and inhibiting effect of leavening trials,two actinomyces having strong biocontrol potential capability were screened,namely J19,J54.Basing on characteristic of culture,characteristic of physiology,biochemistry and the system development of 16S rDNA,strain J54,J19 were identified as streptomyces zaomycin and streptomyces fradiae,respectively. |
