| 摘 要： | 本文通过查阅相关文献,对玉米芯在平菇、金针菇、猴头和灵芝4种主要食药用菌栽培中的研究与应用进行了总结综述。表明玉米芯作为营养丰富的农业生产废弃物能够满足多数食药用菌的营养生长需求,部分成品指标优于传统的栽培料,可以作为主要栽培原料用于生产中。为玉米芯在食药用菌中的深入研究与应用提供参考。

Review on Study and Application of Four Kinds of Edible and Medicinal Fungi Cultivated by Corn Cob |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the research and application of corn cob in the cultivation of four main edible and medicinal fungi, Pleurotus oesophagus, Flammulina velutipes, Hericium herniae and Ganoderma lucidum, were summarized by referring to relevant literatures.The results showed that corn cob, as a nutrition-rich agricultural production waste, could meet the nutritional growth needs of most edible and medicinal fungi, and some of the products were better than traditional cultivation materials. And it could be used as the main cultivation materials in production. It provides reference for further study and application of corn cob in edible and medicinal fungi. |
