摘    要:探究基质种类和容器规格对文冠果种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以期筛选出最适育苗条件。本文以文冠果为研究对象,设置基质种类与容器规格2个因素、3个水平,采用完全随机实验设计于日光温室内开展实验,比较不同处理下文冠果种子发芽、幼苗生长指标、生物量分配。表明:(1)9个处理中AD发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数最高且发芽率与其它处理存在显著差异(p<0.05);(2)不同处理间幼苗株高、冠幅、地径、叶片数、高径比等指标存在显著差异(p<0.05),其中 AD处理株高、冠幅、叶片数和高径比最大,BD处理地径最大。综合评价表明,9个处理中AD处理对文冠果幼苗生长促进效果最好。

Effects of seedling-raising factors on growth and root development of Xanthoceras sorbifolia seedlings

Abstract:The effects of different kinds of substrates and container sizes on seed germination and seedling growth of Xanthoceras sorbifolia were studied in order to screen out the best seedling-raising conditions. In this paper, Xanthoceras sorbifolia was taken as the research object, and two factors and three levels of substrate type and container specification were set up, seed germination, seedling growth index and biomass allocation of Xanthoceras sorbifolia under different treatments were compared. The results showed: (1) the germination rate, germination energy and germination index of AD were the highest among the 9 treatments, and there were significant differences between AD and other treatments (p < 0.05) ; (2) there were significant differences in plant height, crown width, diameter, number of leaves and ratio of height to diameter among different treatments (p < 0.05) . Among them, plant height, crown width, number of leaves and ratio of height to diameter were the highest in AD treatment, bD process has the largest diameter. The comprehensive evaluation showed that the effect of AD treatment on Xanthoceras sorbifolia seedlings growth was the best among the 9 treatments.
