茎瘤芥(榨菜)种质资源研究进展

茎瘤芥(榨菜)作为我国特有的农业资源,仅分布于中国长江流域,其加工产品"涪陵榨菜"蜚声海内外,与欧洲甜酸甘蓝、日本腌菜并称世界三大名腌菜。文章从起源、分类及分布、核型与花粉形态、生理特性、蛋白质水平及遗传与育种研究等方面综述了茎瘤芥种质资源的研究进展,并展望其研究前景。
