| 摘 要： | 用防治赤松毛虫2种无公害杀虫剂阿维菌素和甲维盐喷施三年生赤松幼苗,测试其对赤松幼苗叶绿素和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,结果表明,阿维菌素和甲维盐均导致赤松幼苗松针Chla、Chlb、叶绿素总量、类胡萝卜素含量和Chla/b比值上升;MDA含量下降。结果证实2种杀虫剂对赤松幼苗不会造成过氧化伤害,对赤松幼苗有益。

| Abstract: | Using abamectin and emamectin insecticides to control Dendrolimus spectabilis Butler on three-year pine seedling,the content of chlorophyll and MDA in pine seedling leaves were tested. The results showed that the contents of Chla, Chlb and the total chlorophyll,carotenoid and the ratios of Chla/Chlb of the poplar seedling leaves treated with two insecticides increased ,the MDA contents of pine seedling leaves treated with two insecticides reduced.Therefore the two insecticide would not appear peroxide damage and was good for pine seedling. |
